KanBan Inventory:

As a means to lower cost and decrease lead-time, we offer KanBan inventory control. What is KanBan? KanBan is a system to maintain a specific level (usually 3 to 10 pieces) of finished good inventory, and a level of work in process to replenish releases prior to the next release requirement.

There are many benefits to a KanBan system including reducing inventory values due to cost of storage, counting, dusting, damage, insurance, and obsolescence. An efficient KanBan system can reduce inventory by 30% and the cost of inventory, while maintaining short lead times.
