Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our ISO 9001:2008 sheet metal fabrication process ensures our customers on-time deliveries and cost effective pricing, while maintaining quality requirements the customers’ prints specify. Through the use of our ERP shop floor control software system, we have real-time data on every part going through every process from the development of the quote, through production, assembly, packing, and shipping. Our capabilities range from design enhancement, programming, laser, punch, press brake, hardware insertion, welding, grinding, deburring, screen-printing, assembly, and packaging.

Our Standard Material Include:

• Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Galvannealed, Galvanized.
• Material thickness ranges from .005 to .625 depending on the materials used.
• RoHS compliant on some of the materials we use.
• Material certifications available upon request.

Our Equipment

Our 2008 Trumpf TruPunch 5000 CNC Punching Center with sheetmaster (autoload/unload) 50”x100” sheet capacity is the newest punching technology available. The advantage of the new Trumpf punch is the greatly enhance speed and accuracy, higher output and lower cost. The punch has capabilities of simple forming, tapping, deburring, beading, and lights out operation.
